- The resort HOA has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. Security and or the Sheriff will be called to address noise complaints.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events of any type in this vacation home.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 6 cars per address

It was an amazing property! Perfect for my family.
Planning a trip to Universal Studios in a few years, and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!
The game room was a life saver with the the 7 children we had, and also the adults! Especially during the hurricane, since we never lost power.

We loved the Florida Shores house. Although we viewed photos of the house prior to arriving, we were in awe of how grand it was.
We had 3 generations together and between the large open space/kitchen/living/dining area, the pool and spa, game room, variety of bedrooms, in-house movie theatre and short walk to the park, there was something for everyone during the times we were there.
This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation to the Theme Parks of DisneyWorld.
